Conference Room AV Systems — Video Conferencing, Wireless Presentation & Room Control

The average employee spends 31 hours per month in meetings. When the room doesn't work — the display won't connect, the remote team can't hear, the camera points at the ceiling — every minute is wasted twice: once for the people in the room, and again for the people on the call. Brivy IT designs and installs conference room AV systems across the Wasatch Front that just work, from two-person huddle rooms to 40-seat boardrooms.

Conference Room Solutions

From quick-connect huddle spaces to executive boardrooms with dual displays and ceiling microphone arrays, every room gets the right technology for how it will actually be used.

Video Conferencing Systems

Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, and Webex Room Kits — certified hardware configurations with one-touch join, content sharing, and calendar integration. Platform-agnostic options available for multi-vendor environments.

Wireless Presentation — Barco ClickShare

Walk in, click, present. Barco ClickShare eliminates cable hunting, dongle drawers, and IT calls before every meeting. Supports BYOD from any laptop, tablet, or phone with zero software installation required.

Audio — Biamp Microphone Arrays & DSP

Biamp Parlé ceiling and table microphone arrays with Tesira DSP deliver crystal-clear audio with beamforming, echo cancellation, and noise reduction tuned to your specific room dimensions and surfaces.

Displays, Projectors & LED Walls

Commercial-grade displays from 55 inches to 98 inches, short-throw laser projectors, and direct-view LED walls. Sized and positioned to eliminate glare and provide visibility from every seat.

Room Control & Booking Panels

One-touch room control panels that set display, audio, lighting, and shading simultaneously. Wall-mounted booking panels integrated with Microsoft 365 or Google Calendar to eliminate double-bookings.

AV-over-IP & Network Infrastructure

For campuses and multi-floor deployments, AV-over-IP distributes video, audio, and control signals over your existing network infrastructure — eliminating long HDMI runs and simplifying management.

Room Types We Design

Every room has different requirements. A four-person huddle room needs a different approach than a 30-seat training center. Here is how we handle each.

Huddle Rooms (2-6 people)

Compact all-in-one video bars, wall-mounted displays, and simplified control. Designed for heavy daily use with zero learning curve. Walk in, tap, start.

Medium Conference Rooms (6-16 people)

Dedicated camera, ceiling microphone array, dual displays for content plus video, and wireless presentation. Biamp DSP tuned for the specific room to eliminate echo.

Boardrooms (16-40 people)

Multiple camera zones, distributed ceiling microphone coverage, large-format displays or projection, and advanced room control with presets for presentations, video calls, and in-room only meetings.

Training & All-Hands Rooms

Instructor-facing and audience-facing cameras, annotation-capable displays, recording integration, and flexible layouts supporting classroom, U-shape, and theater configurations.

Multi-Purpose Rooms

Rooms that serve as conference space, presentation venue, and collaboration area need flexible AV that adapts without requiring a technician. Motorized screens, configurable audio zones, and scene-based control.

Executive & Client-Facing Spaces

Premium finishes, concealed equipment, architectural speaker integration, and seamless technology that impresses clients without dominating the room design.

FROM THE FIELD

A financial advisory firm in Sandy had eight conference rooms across two floors. Each room had been set up independently over five years — different cameras, different microphones, different control methods. Employees avoided certain rooms because they knew the AV wouldn’t work reliably. We standardized all eight rooms on Biamp Parlé ceiling microphones with Tesira DSP, Barco ClickShare for wireless presentation, and unified room control panels. Total project time was two weeks. Within a month, help desk tickets related to conference room AV dropped from an average of 12 per week to fewer than one.

NOT THE BEST FIT IF YOU…

  • Companies that only hold one or two meetings per month

Conference Room AV FAQ

How long does a conference room AV installation take?
A single room typically takes 1-2 days for installation and tuning. Multi-room rollouts are scheduled to minimize disruption — we often work evenings and weekends to avoid impacting business operations.
Can you integrate with our existing Microsoft Teams or Zoom setup?
Yes. We deploy certified Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms hardware that integrates directly with your existing subscriptions. Calendar integration, one-touch join, and directory access all work out of the box.
What is Biamp DSP and why does it matter?
DSP (Digital Signal Processing) manages echo cancellation, noise reduction, and microphone sensitivity in real time. Without proper DSP tuning, remote participants hear echo, background noise, and uneven volume. Biamp is the industry standard for commercial conference room audio.
Do you support rooms with multiple displays?
Absolutely. Dual-display configurations are common — one for video participants and one for shared content. We also design triple-display and video wall configurations for large boardrooms.
What about cable management and aesthetics?
We design clean installations with concealed cabling, surface-mount raceways where needed, and equipment housed in ventilated rack enclosures or furniture credenzas. The technology should be invisible until it is needed.
Can you upgrade our existing conference rooms without a full rip-and-replace?
In many cases, yes. We assess existing equipment and infrastructure, retain what works, and upgrade what doesn't. Adding a Biamp DSP and wireless presentation to an existing display setup is a common and cost-effective improvement.
