SMS/MMS Communications
Brivy IT may send SMS (text) and MMS (multimedia) messages to clients who provide their mobile phone number as part of their managed services agreement. These messages are transactional and operational in nature and may include:

- Appointment confirmations and reminders for on-site service visits
- Time-sensitive cybersecurity advisories and incident notifications

Consent: By signing a managed services agreement with Brivy IT and providing your mobile phone number during client onboarding, you consent to receive the SMS/MMS messages described above.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on service activity. Messages are sent only as needed to support active service delivery and are not used for marketing or promotional purposes.
Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS/MMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and will no longer receive text messages from Brivy IT. Opting out of text messages does not affect other communications (email, phone) related to your managed services.
