Doesn't Microsoft 365 already back up my email?

Microsoft provides limited retention (deleted items recoverable for 14-30 days depending on configuration) but no true backup. Once retention periods expire or a mailbox is deleted, data is gone permanently. Dropsuite provides independent, long-term backup you control.

How fast can we recover email?
