Step 2: Map Where AI Touches Real Work

Stop at identifying which tools are in use and go further. Map the actual workflows: where does AI show up in how work gets done, what types of data does it come in contact with, and who has access to those tools.

This does not need to be a sprawling spreadsheet. A simple view of workflow, AI touchpoint, and data classification is enough to start making meaningful decisions.

Step 3: Classify the Risk and Act
