1. Site Assessment & Design
Every project starts with a walkthrough. We measure the space, understand how it will be used, and design a system that fits — not a package pulled from a catalog.
2. Engineering & Documentation
For commercial projects: full rack drawings, signal flow diagrams, programming specifications. No surprises during installation.
3. Professional Installation
Structured cabling, rack build, device mounting, and configuration by our installation team. We don't subcontract the technical work.
4. Programming & Commissioning
Control4 programming, Biamp DSP configuration, Barco display calibration. Systems commissioned and tested before we hand off.
5. Training & Documentation
Every client gets a system walkthrough and documentation. We don't leave until you know how to operate what we built.
6. Ongoing Support
Remote monitoring via OvrC, firmware updates, adds and changes as your needs evolve. Brivy IT is your support contact after installation.
